    五香杏仁

     
    鍋內加少許油﹐放入杏仁拌勻﹐

     
    開中火﹐加入鹽﹐五香粉﹐孜然粉,喜歡吃辣的還可以加些辣椒粉。
    炒的時候要一直翻動它﹐不然很容易炒焦了﹐我忙著照相﹐一個不小心就有點焦焦的﹐不過只有一點點﹐還好。
    溫的时候吃或者凉的时候吃, 很香。
